Asthma Triggers

Question:

Oddly enough, my doctor thinks that the prevalence of plastics in our society might have some bearing on the increase in asthma.  On his recommendation, I no longer use plastic cups or glasses for drinking and I avoid plastic plates if possible.   Don’t know if this is true, but there was a report on a TV news show about certain kinds of plastic and a doctor who is investigating the effects of that plastic out-gassing and migrating into food.
