Having looked at some of the cancels, they look genuine, either that or someone’s done a good job on forging the headers. I suspect he’s just trying to cover up his tracks and accuse us of lying about how many messages he’s sent out. Are you saying we Brits have no sense of humour ? Let’s not start any US v rest-of-world flame wars here, there’s been too much of that in rec.humor of late ! The only thing I’m sick of at the moment is Joe’s whining. Oops, he’s slagged me off again in public – I shall toy with my prey… Regards Chris — Chris King

A search of AOL Membership Directory does not return any active account with the name "Joetov".  Take that for what it is worth. . . Joe Toomey

CHARLIE OR SUSAN: They try to be smart. They no nothing, they will never learn, they will never help themselves. Every person with asthma that is not open to new things, may mis great opportunity. If Vharlie or Susan have asthma, they will have that for ever. "My Son No Longer Suffers From Asthma Symptoms", that is a fact. Good luck. Try to be smart and lose.

I have my doubts as to whether Joe knows how to send a cancel message. Is this something AOL’s software makes it easy to do? With any luck, it’s AOL’s abuse troops to the rescue. I’ve been emailing them daily about this, as I’m sure lots of others have… >Are you saying we Brits have no sense of humour ? I believe the original poster was being sarcastic… the references to England and Holland were near-quotes from Joe/Pat/Joe himself. >The only thing I’m sick of at the moment is Joe’s whining.

Me too!  With any luck, he’ll find himself without an account, and then he’ll have plenty of time for the true pleasures of life, such as spell-checking. :) — …        Author,"JavaScript" (Laura Lemay’s Web Workshop Series)        …   …   available now from Sams.Net Publishing – Details at the URL below   …
