asthma and fatty acids(fish oils)
Categories: General Asthma
Question:
I have new asthma diagnosis . adult onset but was strongly atopic prior to this diagnosis. I have read recently that fatty acids such as GLA in primrose or borage oil and omega fatty acids found in fish can reduce inflammation in asthma. Has anyone tried this and or know of any literature supporting this. Tedd
Response:
I took fatty acids from fish oil for my complexion for a long while and there was no difference in my complexion or my asthma. Yana PS- if you are a vegetarian, you might need the supplements tho.
